CCBB: ....A exposição promove uma jornada através de objetos simbólicos, ritualísticos e de uso cotidiano que nos conduzem à rica história dos povos que habitaram o território do atual Peru antes da chegada dos europeus.

As peças de ouro, prata, cobre, cerâmica e têxteis que compõem a exposição abrangem um período histórico que vai desde 900 a.C até 1600 d.C. Essas peças pertencem a civilizações que se estendiam ao longo da cordilheira dos Andes e da costa oeste do continente, do norte ao sul, até cristalizar as fronteiras do Império Inca, a mais vasta civilização da América até a época da conquista europeia.....

GL: oftewel een administratief orgaan wat ook de zaken in Zuid-Amerika moest regelen, naast Midden-Amerika maar ook de Phillipijnen en Brunei in zuid-oost Azië. Behalve Brazilië en het noord-oosten met Guyana en Suriname etc viel de hele linkerkant van Zuid-Amerika onder de real uy Supremo Consejo de las Indias.
