EMIR RECEIVES FIFA PRESIDENT: HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani meeting International Federation of Association Football (Fifa) president Joseph Blatter in Doha yesterday.

The meeting was attended by HH Sheikh Jassem bin Hamad al-Thani, the Personal Representative of HH the Emir, HE the Chief of the Emiri Diwan Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Saud al-Thani and Asian Football Confederation (AFC) president Mohamed bin Hammam al-Abdullah. Co-operation between Qatar and Fifa was reviewed.
