DOHA: Philippine Ambassador to Qatar Crescente Relacion was formally recognised by the Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani at his Emiri Diwan office yesterday. The envoy and three other ambassadors, Johannes Cornelius Maria of Netherlands, Jose Luis Remedi of Uruguay, Chang See-Jeong of Korea, presented their credentials to the Emir yesterday. The Emir welcomed the new ambassadors wishing them success in their missions and the relations between Qatar and their countries further progress and growth.....knip

het gaat dus om J C M Groffen.
