DOHA: Qatar will witness a partial solar eclipse today astronomers said. A partial eclipse will be visible in almost all Arab countries, except for Egypt and Libya, where the eclipse will be total. As far as Qatar is concerned, Mohammad Shawkatouda, a Doha-based astronomer said that the eclipse would first be visible in Dukhan at 1:11pm, then in Al Shamal at 1:12pm, and then in Al Khor at 1:16pm. The eclipse would be visible in both Doha and Al Wakrah at 1:13pm and at 1:16pm in Mesaieed, he said.
