THE Aspire Zone facilities, Aspire Dome and the Khalifa Stadium which won the silver and bronze medals respectively in the contest organised recently by the International Association for Sports and Leisure Facilities (IAKS), has received praise from various quarters in Doha. The State of Qatar was the only GCC country to achieve the top positions in the contest which included 88 sports and leisure facilities from 27 countries. These rankings are thus definitely an achievement and a matter of pride for Qatar
