Yesterday was no wordplay. After the lunchbreak I took a long stroll to get to the Osaka Castle and took a good look.
Saw some athletes and officials there as well. (Skuyite whith her tall frame on flipflops!!!!)
Then I took some small back roads to end up in the shopping district and covered marketplaces.
(I found out to late about some sort of warm up meet at the track. the british 400 meter girl Ouhou -how- something ran good: 50"56 ) http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/athletics/6959755.stm
At night talking and meeting people and than to the presentation of the Dutch team.

After that sat with the technical director for an update on athletics in the Netherlands.
Friday meet and greet with some officials in the New Otani hotel, maybe.
