Doha, October 22,2008-A workshop on Anti doping measures was organized by the Qatar Anti-Doping Commission QADC in Hamad International training Center.
This workshop was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Fatma el Malki the director of QADC and Dr. Tarek el Nidani the education coordinator, in collaboration with Mrs. Anne Brown the director of Canadian Center for Ethics in Sports (CCES) and Mr. Tony Fiorentino Director of client services in (CCES).
QADC organized this workshop to deliver all new issues to all QADC staff, particularly blood testing procedures, about the new code that will be implemented from January 1 2009, the new standard for testing, and many other issues.
This workshop was attended by 25 doping control officers (DCOs) from QADC to be re-certified and be qualified for blood testing
