vanochtend hard gelopen en opnieuw zweten zweten. door de relatieve luchtvochtigheid was het zweten het zwwarste van de training. vooral na afloop! het bleef maar stromen.

The Meteorology Department has forecast a “partly cloudy to cloudy" weather for today with “chances of rain and thunder at times.”
“The seasonal rains, which the locals call "Wasmi", mark the beginning of winter in the country. The rains come as an extension of the monsoon in India," said a forecaster at the department yesterday.
He said the temperature, which has already started plummeting in the past few days, would dip further with the occasional showers.
The maximum temperature expected today is 33 degree celsius while it is expected to settle at 26 degree celsius as the minimum. Yesterday, the maximum recorded was 34 degree celsius and the minimum 26 degree celsius.
The north easterly to north westerly winds would blow at a speed of five to fifteen knots reaching 22 knots, with showers, said a Met Office release.
