The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani yesterday issued a decision appointing Her Excellency Sheikha Hind bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani as Director of the Emir's Office. The decision takes effect from the date of its issue and it is to be published in the official gazette.
