The opening ceremony was made simple following the parade of the participating teams and dialogues from the organising committee. Sheikh Rashad Al Hanae, the under secretary of the sport affairs ministry of Oman and the manager of the championship welcomed the attending regional and international organizations. Al Hanae ensured that these championships will strengthen relations between GCC countries and consolidate the sport values.
