21 GCC XC

Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club in Al Rayyan was yesterday the venue for the 21st GCC cross country championship in athletics. The championship consisted races for Juniors, Youth and Men over a couple of laps on the grass track (5 KM, 8 KM and 12 KM). The Aspire middle&long distance team contributed strongly to the Qater team results in the youth and junior national teams. The youth claimes second spot and the juniors won (as well as the senior team which finished all within the top six only place four was for saudi)
