The 4th Senior Asian Artistic Gymnastics Championships is going to be held at Aspire Dome from 15th to 18th November. To be organised by Qatar Gymnastics Federation under the aegis of Asian Gymnastics Union, the four day championship will have participation of more than 250 gymnasts in artistic gymnastics from as many as 21 countries including hosts Qatar.
In the asian championship, the events will be held in pommel horse, uneven bars, rings, vault, balance beam and parallel bars.
According to Mr Mohammed Ali R Al-Naimi, Secretary General of the QGF, the countries whose gymnasts will be seen in action are- Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Malaysia, DPR Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand, Chinese Taipei, Hong kong, China, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.
On 15 November, MAG team and individual all round finals and apparatus qualifications and victory ceremony will also be held.
On 16 November, WAG team and individual all round finals and apparatus qualification to be held.
On 17 and 18 November, MAG and WAG Apparatus finals will be held for various events followed by victory ceremony.
