Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands visited Slochteren. Right at the start of the video the house I was born, opposite the beautiful Fraeylemaborg (where we got married in 2006) in the northern province Groningen. "nothing tops Groningen" is the slogan and it proves to be true. An estimated 210 billion euro state revenue from the natural gas found here fifty years ago.
