run

this morning was right for a long run.
awake before the alarm went and up.
the main goal was 2 laps around stadium Khalifa.
not many people out and about the aspire zone at 5.45am.
I was lucky: tailwind uphill towards the aspire traffic lights and into a headwind downhill heading home.
two laps and a bit of a sprint towards the end.

and than the best thing:
still sweating while shaving
still sweating preparing breakfast
still sweating while having a recovery drink
lie down but still sweating
and relax
a nice start of the week.
breakfast is next
and drink water (lost a bit over 2kg being on the run)
